Classic Flaming Desserts, what's your favorite?

As I continue my food journey, sharing great food, great hospitality, and amazing friendship, my thoughts bring me back to classic, French Inspired, tableside desserts. Nothing speaks of great execution, great fun, and powerfully presented tableside desserts like, Bananas Foster, Crêpes Suzette, and Cherries Jubilee! Adding these to my menu has created a deep level of intrigue, powerful personal connections, and just plain fun at the clients home, no to mention how mouth watering delicious they all are.
