My Story
I am Chef Mark Powers, a Texas native and professionally trained chef with more than 30 years of culinary experience. My culinary career began at the New England Culinary Institute in 1996, where I had the privilege of cooking for Julia Child. After earning my degree in Culinary Arts, I joined H-E-B Grocery Company, an experience that took me through Italy, Sicily, Spain, Chile, Argentina and Mexico and deepened my appreciation for exceptional food and wine.
Today, I bring that experience directly into my clients’ homes through personalized private dining. I specialize in premium steaks, fresh seafood and thoughtfully prepared multi-course menus designed around each occasion. Every dinner is personally planned, prepared and served by me, allowing guests to enjoy restaurant-quality dining with the comfort and privacy of home.
