Chef Mark will provide a clear, tailored proposal before anything is booked. A 20% service charge is added to all dining levels, plus enhancement fees for proteins (to help mitigate the rising cost of proteins). Additional staff fee is required for parties of 4 or more guests. $1.50 mileage fee is assessed for all events outside the San Antonio area.
